Abstract [eng] The paper analyzes the environmental impact of multicultural primary classes’ pupils in language skills. The aim of paper is to identify multicultural environmental forms for the children language skills. National minorities living in Lithuania, Lithuanian emigrants living abroad face a native and state language relationship needs. These groups do not usually have suitable conditions for native language education. Providing educational support is important to know the cultural, language and communication identities. The study was conducted using the principle of triangulation combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The study included 77 respondents. The difficulties faced by bilingual children were studied, the developments of their language skills were studied and any form of common speech disorders and the means by which they seek to overcome them. Parents and speech therapists were analyzed for the circumstances and prospects of cooperation. Study participants revealed that children are exposed to these language problems: writing, reading, coherent languages absent, pronunciations errors, the non Lithuanian language, and language interference. This research shows that the multicultural environment in any case have an impact on primary classes language skills formation. The same effects can be positive or negative. It all depends on the child’s active internal or external factors. The research participants recognized that a formed bilingualism influence is difficult to overcome. Parents, speech therapists, children admitted that are facing a variety of internal and external problems. In order to overcome and implement good quality multicultural education, the help of parents, speech therapists and children is needed.
