Abstract [eng] Master's work, \"Electric energy conversion into heat: hydrogen plasma cell research\" consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusions, references and a one CD. Working volume 43 pages. The work presents 24 paintings, 26 charts and 2 tables. The paper analyzed cold fusion work of static and dynamic mode, in order to find the most efficient way of producing electricity and analyzed the literature for hydrogen plasma cell electrodes, electrolytes and plasma glow analysis, analysis of the tests. The introduction raises the problem of work, goals and objectives. The first chapter on the current worldwide išdarsėję, Andrea Rossi reactor tests the theoretical reactor operation, the calculations are presented. Also in this section, a brief overview of the surface electrode study. The second section contains the element hydrogen plasma research methodology, describes the use of devices, as well as to perform the tests. Investigations were carried out under static and dynamic mode, using different cells, electrolytes. Calculations are presented the results of analysis of the charts.
