Abstract [eng] The theoretical concept of reading disorders and information communication technologies usability analysis was carried out at work. The hypothesis was raised, that the use of information communication technologies in special lessons, speech therapy exercises improve students' reading skills. The research was carried out in questionnaire and interview survey method, which aim is to analyze the efficiency of information communication technologies in overcoming reading difficulties. The statistical data analysis (descriptive percent, x2 of the test) was carried out to determine statistical trends. 168 special educators and speech therapists attended in questionnaire. 6 respondents were asked in interview (N=6). The empirical part deals methods of special educators, speech therapists, ways to overcome reading problems, discusses the use of special computer lessons, speech therapy exercises, the most frequently used programs, web sites and their effectiveness in overcoming reading problems. The most important conclusions of the empirical research: 1. The research revealed that special educators and speech therapists prefer traditional methods and techniques to overcome reading problems. Information communication technologies are increasingly used to overcome the disorder. 2. The research revealed that in various computer programs, special educators and speech therapists develop tasks to overcome the reading disorder. The website and already prepared computer training programs are used less. 3. It was established, that students, which used information communication technologies in special lessons, speech therapy exercises were more employable, more active, their reading (and writing) has improved. Based on effectiveness criteria: • the learning motivation increase; • more recognizable words; • courage to read unfamiliar words and less doubt; • improve reading speed; • better understanding the main idea. 4. The hypothesis have been partially confirmed, that the use of information communication technologies in special classes, speech therapy exercises improve students' reading skills.
