Abstract [eng] Relevance and novelty of the topic is determined by the fact that nowadays the staff has become an important factor within the process of seeking for the organization success and effectiveness. Currently the increase of the level of the motivation for work is very relevant as well as the development of the motivational system and the system for the loyalty for organization by appropriate aids, ways and models. The motivation for work and loyalty for organization covers all employed people. The purposeful and adequate application of theoretical knowledge and development of rather high motivation for work as well as the level of loyalty in the healthcare institutions allows the attainment of effective work results. However the most important advantage of the motivation for work and the loyalty for organization is the systemic and clear analysis of the unity of psychoanalytical factors, determining the motivation and loyalty. The object of the Work is psychoanalytical factors of the staff motivation and encouragement of the loyalty for organization. The aim of the Work is to analyse psychoanalytical factors of the staff motivation and encouragement of the loyalty for organization in healthcare organizations. The Work survey design is linked with the following survey logics: the scientific literature analysis is implemented during the first stage, the empirical survey methodology is prepared during the second one, the collected data is analysed and generalised during the qualitative and quantitative surveys during the third stage. Qualitative and quantitative surveys were implemented in Siauliai city healthcare institutions (polyclinics and hospitals). Instruments of the quantitative survey were the questionnaire and psychoanalytical form; instrument of the quantitative survey was the questionnaire for administration. 240 respondents participated in the questionnaire (scope of the survey – 300). 15 administration staff participated in the quantitative survey (heads of organizations, heads of departments, senior healthcare administrators).
