The object of dissertation is analysis and modeling the economy of structural changes in Baltic states. The research problem scale - there is not enough attention devoted to structural changes, their analysis and evaluation in Baltic States and the basis of the analysis of structural changes offer an evaluation model. To study the purpose, the thesis deal a few challenges. The thesis analyzes the current economic structural changes in valuation methods. The aim is to evaluate the informativeness of the methods of economic structural changes in the benefits of economic development. Particular attention is given to changes in the analysis and evaluation. After careful developed countries economic structure analysis, evaluation of key economic sectors of development properties, the proposed structural changes in the economic evaluation model. This model assesses the economic benefits of structural changes in economy. The research shows that Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia have one common problem - to attract foreign direct investment in those sectors in which developed a low value-added content of products (food, oil, chemical industries). All this shows that the proceedings of the economic structural changes are not effective, so it is urgent to change the traditional structure of the Baltic States. The analysis of structural changes in the economy in different ways, taking these developments proposed measurement model and taking into account of the analytical results, the proposed Baltic governments to shape the economic recession intensified agricultural structural policy.
