SUMMARY The great attention is recently paid to the strategic management. This innovation is applying to Educational Institutions. School should know its future plans and it should be able to realize its goals in order to work profitably. To achieve this, it becomes a necessity to realize the strategic management properly and to find out what problems can be to do this. In this research it was found out about the sports schools staff‘s knowledge about the strategic management, how it is realized, whether the staff are aware of their organisation and how they contribute to its strategic management. While studying the strategic management of sports school, the research of the subjective opinion of school‘s staff revealed the weak links of the strategic managements of sports schools and possible ways to solve these problems. The staff‘s knowledge about the management of school, themselves and future plans became an important mark of quality in the public section applying the strategic management. The study of the staff‘s knowledge is important while planning changes in the strategic management of sports schools. The following researches let explain the posed hypothesis that the strategic management of Siauliai sport schools is not adequately clearly organised and that not all staff are involved in it. |
