Abstract [eng] |
This dissertation is focused on femtosecond laser material processing. It consists of tree chapters. Chapter I deal with femtosecond laser pulses interaction with materials physics, main machining parameters and different fabrication techniques. Chapter II describes femtoLAB femtosecond laser material processing system and its key components. Chapter III defines femtosecond laser micromachining applications: 3.1. fabricating computer generated holograms for optical vortex generation, 3.2. fabricating micro-tubes using femtosecond optical vortex beam, 3.3. fabricating surface acoustic wave transducers, 3.4. fabricating surface-acoustic-wave phononic crystal device, 3.5. fabricating photonic crystals for spatial light filtering, 3.6. fabricating radial/azimuth polarization converter. |
