This study presents theoretical analysis of legal education for children living in orphanages. The aim of the study is to expose features of legal education for children living in orphanages. The empirical part of the study presents the analysis of the following: legal education teaching methods applied by social workers, children's need and motivation to know and be informed about their rights, the children's rights that are most frequently violated in orphanages, the assistance that is offered for children when needed, the input of social workers in preparing children for their lives as independent individuals. |
