Abstract [eng] This thesis is analyzing information flows of smart grid as well as forecast of smart grid. The main objective is to analyze information flows of smart grid from transmission and distribution perspective, moreover, to examine quantity of information flows in consumer environment. Final paper consists of few main parts: review of smart grids, examination of energy market and electrics energy storage, insight to smart transmission grid and distribution grid, as well as the impact of smart electric grid to consumers and their devices. The review of smart electric grids mentions its benefits, discusses the outlook and compares it with current electric grid. The second part of this work is studying free electrics market and its impact to electric energy cost. The theses analyses the storage of electric energy in its third part. The rest of the parts are dedicated to information flows of smart electric grid. The study defines information flows, information transmission and safety requirements, also the types of information coding. There is also analysis of communication systems and its ways of information transmission. There is a lot of focus paid to consumers and control of their devices. This study also debates information flows and its quantities between smart metering system, consumer devices and electromobiles.
