Master's work financial and labor productivity analysis and prediction theoretical aspects examined in the light of Lithuanian and foreign scientific literature. Done „Dvarčionių keramika“ balance sheet and profit (loss) statements and dynamic structural analysis. To evaluete the company's financial condition, the calculation of profitability, liquidity, performance indicators, and identified the main problems of which the main is too high level of costs. The estimated labor productivity and to identify the most influencing factors of it. In constructive, the third part, estimated company‘s the cost of output, sales revenue and the cost of transport dependence on the independent variables and performed cost forecast, and provide an operational perspective.
