Abstract [eng] There is analysis of four cognitive processes: action-visual thinking, visual memorizing, conceptual thinking and attention of persons who had aphasias caused of encephalon stroke in this Master work. To find out the connection between speaking disorders and cognitive processes in different kinds of aphasia was the main goal. There where two stages in this survey: in the beginning of disease and leaving the hospital. Non-standardized test have been used for the analysis of cognitive processes. The analysis showed that the attention, visual memorizing and action-visual thinking are the most damaged in motor-afferent aphasia. In the case of motor-efferent aphasia was detected action-visual thinking difficulties, attention accumulation disorders for longer period and difficulties to remember tasks of speech therapist. In this case there are only few conceptual thinking disorders. The most damaged conceptual disorders are in the case of sensomotoric aphasia. There are releasable disorders of attention accumulation and visual memorizing. Less cases are found of action-visual thinking and conceptual thinking disorders. The analysis showed that the conceptual processes disorders depend on level of ability of speaking and understanding loss. Disorders are gone if they are treated with right speech therapy exercises. Positive factor for recreate the speaking skills is right speech therapy. The hypothesis - disorders of cognitive processes are different in different kinds of Aphasia, is correct.
