Abstract [eng] The goal of the dissertation is to create a presumptive quality formation model of business process management (QFMBPM). The essence of this model is to research purposefully a quality of business process management (BPM) and to identify any practical directions for organizations to form BPM more flexibly. The main stages of the dissertation: (a) analysis of BPM quality assessment and formation and evaluation determining and designing essential factors; (b) a detailed description of methodological application of the created QFMBPM model; (c) theoretical and empiric research in order to test applicability and suitability of created QFMBPM for business subjects as well as for scientific research. The methodology of QFMBPM model application research has been created in order to help organizations to evaluate the following factors: (a) a real influence of implementation of process management to the effectiveness of business; (b) identification of any issues and risks that should be taken into account in this process. The dissertation presents a research of QFMBPM model application that has been divided into two parts: (a) a pilot study carried out with BPM theory and practice experts; (b) a research of existing practices. During the reasearch a special attention was paid to the experience and competence of the respondents. According to the outcomes of the research the following central thesis was framed: addressing the future competitive advantages of organizations it is necessary to have a real basis for search and implementation of future but not current changes.
