Theoretical literature sources analysis about peculiarities of class relations and their influence on child’s status, picture as psychological status of personality evaluation mean, picture as evaluation mean of child’s socio-metric status at the class have been done at the work. The methods of picture usage have been reviewed. The hypothesis has been raised that children's pictures show their socio-metric status at the class. Principles and criterions of family picture method have been applied at the classes’ picture. Pictures which showed psychological status of schoolchildren and their relations at the class have been analyzed. Socio-metric test results which showed status of formal schoolchildren at the class have been analyzed. It was compared analysis of class pictures results with results of socio-metric test. The 4th forms' 98 schoolchildren (IVa class - 23 schoolchildren; IVb class - 24 schoolchildren; IVa1 class - 26 schoolchildren; IVc class - 25 schoolchildren) participated in the research. The conclusions of the research are: 1. The raised hypothesis that pictures of children classroom show their socio-metric status at the class confirmed partly. In some pictures socio-metric status is revealed but a picture is not reliable diagnostic mean. In the part of schoolchildren’s pictures (45%) their socio-metric status, relations with other children are revealed but it is specific not for all children's pictures. 2. Exact and comprehensive information about schoolchild's relation with other children (relationships’ actuality, positiveness - negativeness, etc.) reflects not in the child's but in his classmates’ pictures. The character of child picture can reveal not present emotional relations but an aspiration, psychological defence characteristics, etc. 3. The searching pictures which are in V socio-metric status group (cast-off) usually reflect their negative relation with other children, in classes’ picture they represent more than children of I socio-metric status group (“stars”). 4. Classmates of I socio-metric status group (“stars”) draw schoolchildren more often than schoolchildren who are in V socio-metric status group (cast-off). |
