Even though the knowledge society has been established several decades ago, it’s still acknowledged that there’s often a gap among the requirements of the knowledge society and the key competencies of its participants. The incomplete competitiveness of Europe and digital divide is determined by poor collaboration of public and private sector, slow integration of information and communication technologies infrastructure into knowledge economy and the lack of specialists’ of knowledge organization. From the knowledge society perspective the learning organization which has global and strategic thinking implements its main goals by creation of consistent information and communication specialists’ strategic leadership competencies as well as its professional expression in decision making processes of an organization. In the dissertation there’s analyzed the formation of information and communication specialists’ strategic leadership competencies tendencies and insights in a learning organization, there’s given an interpretation of research work of qualitative experts’ survey, there’s discovered the trends of information and communication specialists’ strategic leadership competencies in a learning organization. As the practical result of the before mentioned trends and its components there’s given the information and communication specialists’ leader’s life cycle analysis and model in a learning organization for the proper decision making. |
