This master‘s final formulates means of expression of strategic thinking in the strategic decision-making process, it analyzes and systemizes theoretical and practical research about strategic thinking and strategic decision-making process. Analysis of science literature showed that intuitive decision-making model in the high uncertainty environment could be one of sustainable basis of theoretical conception in the strategic decision-making process. The model takes account of non-traditional decision, the time and lack of information. Empirical research showed that strategic thinking develops in the strategic decision-making process in the high and average uncertainty environment. This model takes account intuition, experience in the use of decision-making process. The means of strategic thinking develops in the early stage of the strategic decision-making process in the strategic analysis and strategic goals. Conditionally less strategic thinking develops in the stages of decision establishment and assessment. |
