The master thesis deals with the Lithuanian commercial banks offered online banking services to a consumer‘s perspective. Electronic banking services theoretical aspects of the issue are analyzed in the first part of the work.The second part presents the results of a study of electronic banking issues and developments. In order to assess the state of e-banking services and quality of service, the analysis of nine Lithuanian banks (Swedbank AB, AB SEB bankas, AB Šiaulių bankas, AB DnB bankas, AB SEB Bank, Nordea Bank Finland Plc, Lithuania Branch, AB Citadele bankas, Danske Bank A / S Lithuania branch, AB Ukio Bankas, UAB Medicinos bankas) was made for providing e-banking services. |
