In the master's thesis analyzed is the essence of securities' market, structure, organizing and effeciency of the market according to scientific literature of lithuanian as well as foreign authors. In the analytical - research - part, an analysis of Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian indicators of economics development levels has been carried out. In the analysis of Lithuanian, Latvian and Estonian development level of economy and its achievements, a multi-criteria estimation of economic expansion has been fulfiled. Tendencies of trade of securities in Baltic states in the researched timeline has also been analyzed in this part. In the constructive part of the work analyzed is the interdependence of the main indicators of securities exchange and countries' macroeconomic indeces according to which the foreign institutional investors evaluate attractiveness of the region. Evaluated were the perspectives and expectations of investors in the market of Baltic states' securities. |
