The subject analysed in the terminal paper of master‘s degree studies :“ Service Quality Evaluation of Country Tourism Places in Raseiniai District“. There has been made a thorough analysis of service quality evaluation of country tourism places in Raseiniai district in this work. In this work the service quality analysis has been made of four country tourism places in Raseiniai district in order to ascertain what people expected when they go to country tourism places and to find out whether these places could provide a good quality service which would came up to the expectations of consumers. What is more, the country tourism places were compared with each other. The paper is comprised of introduction, three parts, conclusions, suggestions, references and appendixes. The work is comprised of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part introduces the essence of tourism and country tourism, their kinds and development. There has been also discussed the system and structure of the service that country tourism places provide. In the practical part of the work the service quality of Raseiniai district country tourism places has been analysed according to the SERVQUAL methodology, i.e. I have ascertained whether the provided service quality of all thse country tourism places satisfied the expectations of consumers, comparing the provided service with the expected one. A questionairre has been used for the research and in order to systematize and compare the data the computer program SPSS has been used in this work. The scope of graduation dissertation is 94 pg. in which one can find 32 pictures and 8 tables. References comprise 63 sources and 3 appendixes. |
