Master’s thesis deals with world financial crisis impact upon development of real estate market in the Baltic States. In the conceptual part of the thesis theoretical aspects of the influence of world financial market factors on the real estate market are systematized and summarized. Opinion of various authors that current financial market crisis was caused by US, which started granting secondary housing loans on inadequate conditions is analysed. In the constructive part of the thesis assessment of the world financial crisis impact upon development of real estate market in the Baltic States is performed. Hypothesis that financial market crisis directly affects the real estate market development, was confirmed. |
