The master’s thesis is aimed at investigation and assessment of the peculiarities of motivation of the employees and at creation of the motivation system in the selected establishment. The scientific literature, related with the theme of the thesis, as well as the external and internal environment of the Lithuanian agricultural consulting service were analyzed, seeking for achievement of the goal; polling of the employees was carried out. The obtained results were processed with the help of the statistical SPSS program. The recommendations on application of the motivation system in the Consulting service were submitted, with taking into consideration the analyzed scientific literature and the results of the effected polling. It was revealed that both the material and moral motives, which would encourage the staff to work more efficiently and would increase satisfaction with their work, are important for the staff of the Lithuanian agricultural consulting service. The majority of the employees wish to work in a friendly team and in the atmosphere, which is favorable for work; they wish their demands to meet their salaries as well as to be monetarily induced. |
