| Abstract [eng] |
The aim of the thesis is to analyze the leader motivation work problems in Lithuania Credit Unions as well as to form the system of motivation for the leaders of Lithuania Credit Unions. In the Master Thesis there is the theoretical aspect analysis of the administration and motivation system formation in Lithuania Credit Unions. The thesis also analyses the influence of the motivation factors on the leaders of Credit Unions. It also reveals the motivation strengthening and weakening factors, evaluates the factors correlation with the demographical characteristics of the Credit Union leaders. In the Master Thesis, there was created a three-piece theoretical model to motivate the leaders of Credit Unions according to the recommendation of the theorists as well as the work peculiarities of the leaders of Credit Unions: the model according to which the program of salary can be created; the model of psychological climate and emotional environment improvement; the model of the career competence improvement. |
