Master’s final paper analyses circumstances that affect the behavior of consumers in choosing four-star hotels in Vilnius. The theoretical part analyses types of consumers according to consumption criteria, factors that have influence upon consumer behavior. It is emphasized that creation of consumer behavior pattern is necessary in order to understand consumer behavior relations. Also it helps to understand consumer‘s behavior as a whole of overall process. The practical part of the paper gives an overview of Vilnius four-star hotels and their services offered as well as excluded and named factors which have influence upon consumer’s behavior. Based on research data collected conclusions can be drawn that the choice of consumer to select four-star hotels in Vilnius depends on consumer type. Moreover, choosing four star hotels in Vilnius depends on the gender of respondents though a variety of services offered has a small influence on them. In addition to this, recommendations to hotel shareholders are being presented. |
