Abstract [eng] In this work the analysis of scientific literature, related to the issue of cerebral paralysis has been carried out, and the results of the research have been based comparing them to similar research results of scientists. The following hypothesis has been made: is it possible to improve the body functions and the rates of bio-social skills of people who have cerebral paralysis by the means of kinezitherapeutic training. This work has been presented in the conference of scientific works of students “The development aspects of children who have specific needs”. The research has been carried out by the means of testing, observation and qualitative methods, and the aim of this research – to find out the influence of kinezitherapeutic training on body motor functions and bio-social skills for people who have cerebral paralysis. To compose the kinezitherapeutic programme and to apply it for investigative experimental group for the period of 6 months. In this research the following evaluation methods have been applied: gross motor functions measure manual – GMFM and the independence of daily activities evaluation with reference to Bartheil index. Throughout the kinezitherapeutic training the emotions of people participating in this research have been observed. In addition to this, the statistical SPSS has been carried out by using the statistical program: the arithmetic averages and standard deviations have been calculated, by applying the Stjudent t conjugative criterion. In this research 20 persons of the age between 11 and 25 years with the cerebral paralysis have participated. 10 investigative persons were included in the experimental group, other 10 composed the control group of investigative. In the empiric part of this work the body motor functions and changes in bio-social skills have been analysed by applying the kinezitherapeutic programme. The main conclusions drawn from the empiric part have been the following: the results have shown that due to kinezitherapeutic training the body motor functions of the investigative persons slightly improved. The biggest progress after the experiment has been observed in the third investigative person (1.5 percent), fourth investigative person (1.2 percent) and eight investigative person (2.1 percent). For three investigative persons the body motor functions changed from 0.4 percent to 0.8 percent. In the entire experimental group mostly changed body motor functions were the following: the average of such functions as laying and turning from side to side (p<0.05) changed from 70.96 percent to 71.55 percent, while the function of sitting changed from 56.6 percent to 66.2 percent. The functions of crawling and being on the knees changed from 50.6 percent to 51.7 percent. Standing functions changed from 25.74 percent to 26.25 percent. The results of going, running and jumping functions were from 8.05 percent to 8.8 percent.
