In this final Master‘s work the concept of investment has been discussed, the capital investment problems have been analysed analysed, the sources of investment and investment objects have been enumerated and specified, the different types of investors and their aims have also been analysed, various investment decisions as well as investment risk has been researched, investment portfolio formation strategies and portfolio management have been comprehensively discussed, and finally the examples of natural person’s investment portfolio formation and management has been analysed in practice, also touching the issues of risk management peculiarities in the investment portfolio. In the course of Master’s work the review of scientific literature, newspapers and internet articles have been carried out, the fundamental and technical analysis of securities has been investigated, and finally generalizations have been provided. The hypothesis, that the investment portfolio formation strategy is directly related to the size of profitability and the possibilities of risk management, has been thus approved. |
