ABSTRACT This work analyses the potential opportunities and obstacles for using Artificial Intelligence in Online Dispute Resolution. Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides various benefits to the legal realm, including learning, reasoning, and problem resolution. Litigation is becoming obsolete, and online conflict resolution is faster, cheaper, and more pleasant. The first chapter of the research examines the main understanding of Online Dispute Resolution in the historical phases of Alternative Dispute Resolution. The second chapter is devoted to the place of Artificial Intelligence in the legal fields and Online Dispute Resolution. The third and last chapter explains the regulatory and practical aspects of Online Dispute Resolution. |
