Abstract [eng] This paper explores the relationship between human rights and competition law. This paper provides a critical analysis of the impact of competition law on human rights. It examines the limits of competition law and their impact on business and human rights. Antitrust agreements are reviewed for their impact on prices and availability of goods and services, with particular attention to consumer protection. The paper examines the principles of proportionality and necessity, the role of regulators and the importance of international cooperation in achieving this balance. The importance of regulatory mechanisms and international cooperation in managing this interaction is emphasized.
