This problem stimulates elucidation of possible social – pedagogical reasons for non – fulfillment of children’s rights – the attitude of trainers and trainees toward the significance of children’s rights and their existence as well possible violations, the greatest differences of attitudes between adults and children and the problem also stimulates the necessity to establish the prevention of violation of children’s rights on this ground. After the analysis of historical, pedagogical, psychological literature it turned out, that violations of children’s rights in childhood of some today’s primary school pupils is not based on the ideas of children’s rights was proved through a social – pedagogical research, which showed children’s and teacher’s attitudes towards the significance of children’s right’s in childhood. 300 pupils of third and fourth forms and 100 teachers of primary school were questioned. The research showed that children’s rights are very important to this group of age, however, teachers are not able to ensure the proper realization of the rights in primary schools. The analysis of literature and research showed, that our society is trying to base children’s training on humanistic philosophy, which ensures complete realization of children’s rights. But theoretical recognition of children’s rights does not correspond with their practical realization. The violations of primary school pupil’s rights make a negative effect on their socialization.
