Purpose of this analysis is to estimate implementation of agrarian environmental protection means in Siauliai region in 2007-2013. Hence, in the work one performed the survey of Lithuanian village development of 2004-2006 and 2007-2013 implementation programs, evaluated the advantages and problems of these programs and analyzed their impact on environment. Also was performed a research of farmer’s opinion about the means “Agrarian Environment Protection”, and influence on environment of its program “Landscape management”. The farmers emphasized too small support pay, long financial commitment, strict program requirements and complicated procedures of applications. In the end of this work I proposed conclusions and recommendations which would help to implement means of environmental protection in agriculture. In case of accession of willing to take part in agrarian environmental protection programs there would be conserved landscape, stopped biodiversity and a decline of ecosystem. |
