Abstract [eng] 69 pages, 34 tables, 5 images, 66 literature and sources. The main aim of this study is to explore the influence of organizational culture on employee retention, mediated by job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study consists of three main parts: literature analysis, research and its results, and final conclusions and recommendations. Literature analysis reviews the definitions, theories, and previous research studies on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee retention, and organizational culture by other authors. After the literature analysis, the author examines the essential relationships between the variables under study based on the conceptual research model. An anonymous online survey was conducted, involving 272 respondents. The main purpose of the survey is to perceive the evaluations of organizational culture, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee retention based on the experience in the current workplace. The research results were statistically processed using SPSS software and the additional Andrew F. Hayes PROCESS version 4.2 macrocommand. Assessing the reliability of the questionnaires based on Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, it was found that all four questionnaires used in the study were reliable, as the coefficient value was greater than 0.7. The positive intercorrelations between the research variables were determined using Pearson correlation coefficient. Upon analysis based on socio-demographic factors, it was revealed that only the size of the organization does not influence employees' perception of their experience in the current company. Based on the research results and scientific literature, job satisfaction was confirmed as an important factor mediating the relationship between organizational culture and employee retention. The study also analyzed organizational commitment and its role in the relationship between organizational culture and employee retention. The results showed that organizational commitment, as a mediator, only affects continued commitment. The text also discusses employee retention and its importance to organizations. Successful employee retention depends on organizational culture, which should promote collaboration, recognition, and personal growth opportunities. The research results confirm that organizational culture has a positive impact on employee retention. The research findings provided by the author can help organizations understand the importance of job satisfaction and organizational commitment in employee retention and provide practical knowledge in making strategic decisions in the areas of organizational culture improvement and employee retention.
