Abstract [eng] The aim of this work is to identify challenges that talented employees face while working remotely. This theses is consist of: literature analysis, qualitative study and its results, conclusions and proposal for further research. Literature analysis reveals talent identification, management, and concept of talented employees. Remote work characteristics and challenges that employees faces while working remotely. Based on analysis of scientific sources and literature author has carried out qualitative study. Aim of study was to identify main challenges for talent management during remote work. A deep interview method was chosen. Interviewed eight persons, four talented employees and four managers, who has talented employees in their teams. Partially structured interview questionnaire has been formed as study instrument. The study revealed that talented employees does face issues in remote working environments. One of the group was challenges for productivity. Productivity could depend on physical work environment, employee has to have high motivation, self-control to focus, work related questions are hard solve at home, because it requires more actions from employee. Another challenging are was related to work life balance. Study reveals that in order to be successful in remote work employee has to have routine in order to not over work but also to make breaks and complete all tasks. Plan another day If he has to complete anything related to personal life. In addition, managers are used to validate if remote work is successful by employee results rate. Managers role is getting lower for talented employees. Connection with manager is getting weaker. There has been identified communication challenges. It is easier for employees to handle close connections with each other if they have been met live in office. There is challenge to achieve teamwork feeling while working remotely. The author believes that study has identified remote work challenges of talent management and is good basis for further research.
