The master’s paper is subjected to exercising the expression of motivational tools and their application opportunities within Lithuanian and Swedish companies manufacturing illumination framework and plastic ware. The theoretical models and factors of personnel organizational motivation tools have been analyzed. The significance of quantitative and qualitative aspects of motivation tools has been estimated. Tools of motivation driven towards personnel within the countries of different economical development (here in Lithuania and Sweden) have been carried out; the essential application assumptions of motivation tools have been determined as well. The substantial differences between motivational tools applied for personnel in the analyzed companies have been educed. The concept motivation model for Lithuanian companies with reference to uppermost interest of meeting the personnel requirements has been established and substantiated. |
