Abstract [eng] |
In Master‘s work the author presents personnel motivation problems, Lithuanian and foreign authors point of view in work motivation questions. RESEARCH OBJECTIVE – Municipality personnel‘s motivation system analysis and improvement in the institution. The author‘s formulated confirmed hypothesis is that Šilalė district municipality is necessary to improve personnel motivation system. During the research it was determined that the most important institution employees motivation system problems are inadequate salary level, inadequate possibility to participate in institution ruling. Trying to solve the employees stimulation problems, municipality and branch offices leaders have to choose the most optimal institution employees ruling methods, taking into consideration employees material and moral demands and their individual qualities In the end of Master‘s work, conclusions and recommendations are given. |
