Common companies’ problem is whether to use own or borrowed assets for financial management. Different financial management is related to costs, which right management enables to increase economical value added (EVA). The master work contains analysis and value of the joint-stock company ,,Apranga“ capital structure formation peculiarities, profit rate, company’s stock prices and turnover in stock market. Statistical method was used to investigate connection between profit rate and capital lever, also dependence on capital costs, debt ratio and EVA. Performed calculations enabled to justify or deny theory propositions on company’s value and capital structure formation. By modeling and putting the model into practice company’s possibility to increase its value on the financial market during economical crisis and create EVA is justified. |
