Abstract [eng] Physical activity, professional physical training is one of the main officer’s personal physical, occupational, social and emotional welfare conditions, a tool of irreplaceable physical output’s development and health amplification (Morkuniene, 2004; Dadelo, 2002; Gaska, 1999; Tamosauskas, 2000; Kasiulis, 2001; Juskeliene, 2003; and others). Most authors amplify that officer’s occupation particularity demand good general and special physical qualification (Morkuniene, 2004; Dadelo, 2002; Muliarcikas, 2004 and others). Research tasks: 1. To explore officers’ attitude to the physical culture and physical self-help. 2. To examine inquisitorial isolator officers’ physical and special qualification. 3. To analyze officers’ education system’s factors, which influence essentially officer’s occupational training. 2007-2009 implemented officers’ educational main elements were: education; explaining to officers’ physical self-help methodology and importance; special and basic physical abilities’ training; formation of officers’ motives of physical self-help; changing attitudes to physical activity. There were devoted 210 hours for the officers’ education. Also there ran two compulsory sport practice-lectures and one self-sufficient physical self-helping practice. The auditorial group of the exploratories worked according the standard program and their physical development was given 110 hours a year. The experimental officers; education program was effective because there was developed participated officers’ basic physical qualification and self-defence actions’ indexes. Statutory officers’ attitude to physical self-help mostly influence the officers’ will to improve their physical preparation, physical development, to experience exercises’ joy, to emphasize positive emotions, communicate, gain self-reliance. The officers’ education is pursued in these directions: positive attitude to the physical attitude forming; permanent, continuous physical activity’s influence to a person’s organism, his/her emotional condition and its changes, gaining both: body culture and healthy lifestyle knowledge forming; ability to accomplish purposeful technical actions and their combinations, to create new operations for particular activity circumstances’ development.
