Abstract [eng] |
In the given work the purpose to estimate need of employees AB,, Vienybe ", a level of their satisfaction and factors influencing on satisfaction is put forward by work. In the given work the problem of an establishment of a level of satisfaction is formulated by work, the analysis of various theoretical and practical works of the different authors analyzing a problem of satisfaction by work is made, researches of satisfaction of needs and on satisfaction are made by work of influencing external factors, the detailed analysis and an estimation of results of this research is carried out. The spirit of workers on worked is investigated by them, the general satisfaction of workers is established by the separate factors formulating satisfaction by work and the estimation of results is made. The assumption is confirmed, that the satisfaction work of workers of the enterprise depends on various external factors which there is an opportunity to supervise. The assumption is confirmed, that significant influence on dissatisfaction work of workers AB,, Vienybe " such factors as a wrong estimation of work in a monetary kind and have lack of the information on activity of firm. Recommendations are shown to a company management on increase in a level of pleasure by work at the enterprise. |
