The paper examines the construction equipment repair work organization problems. Theoretical work in management theories highlight the development aspects of the new management theory. Overview of construction equipment repairs Lithuania assessment. Practical work in the company looked “ CRAM” contruction equipment repair work organization analysis. Draws conclusions and recommendations. The aim – to analyze the building repair work organization. Survey raised the following tasks: to carry out a study of company employees, to analyze the building repair work organization, summarize the results of the investigation and submit proposals. The paper used survey methods: scientific literature analysis, questionnaire survey, group, conducted the data analysis. Key survey findings include: insufficient attention to staff training, lack of adequate maintenance equipment and tools. |
