Abstract [eng] |
Aim of this master thesis is to analize the organizational culture in construction organizations. The work carried out an analysis of the scientific literature revealed the essence of organizational culture, its features and functions, levels, typology and formation characteristics. In order to achieve the aim, a research in seven north-western region in construction organizations was performed along with the poll of directors and employees of management. After the poll, the following conclusions were made: almost all the participating north-western region in construction organizations largely dominated hierarchy and market-type organizational culture. In addition to these cultures is observed in other types of cultural traits. The leaders formed a culture where everything is tightly controlled, the enterprise focused on the results of implementation of the tasks and objectives. Organization's success is determined by victory over competitors, market leadership and profitability. |
