Master‘s Thesis examines the conception of organisational culture, moreover, the elements, types and levels of the cultural features provided by Lithuanian and foreign authors are analysed and systemised. The precise analysis of attitudes towards a cherished features of organisational culture of the association‘s „Lithuanian Gas Pipe Construction“ member companies, i.e. managers and administration staff.The object of research is to investigate individual expressive elements of cultural expression and to determine the types of organisational culture of companies belonging to the association of „Lithuanian Gas Pipe Construction“. |
