Master’s final paper analyses the quality of health care services. The paper reveals the demand and essence of strategic planning in health care institutions, the analysis of concept of health care services‘ quality, quality evaluation ways and methods, the discourse of quality evaluation surveys in Lithuania and foreign countries is accomplished; theoretical possibilities of health care services‘ development are evaluated. After the methodology of survey is prepared, the empirical survey of health care services‘ quality in public institution Plunges ligonine is accomplished. The hypothesis of this paper was confirmed: the quality of public institution Plunges ligonine health care services‘ is good from the point of view of employees and patients. |
