The education system experiences undergoing changes, new opportunities are emerging, but teachers and school leaders face challenges. Today's graduates need new competencies that require a different way of learning. The role of teachers is unique and demands great responsibility in shaping the knowledge, values, and abilities of future generations. It is especially important for teachers to have a sense of meaning, belonging and motivation in their work. The motivation of teachers is important, as a well designed system encourages not only the activity of teachers, but also leads to the successful results of the institution. Finding and retaining good teachers is a challenge, therefore, leaders should encourage teachers to perform well by using various incentives. Blockchain technology, characterized by numerous advantages, is rapidly developing and being used in economic sectors such as finance, healthcare, and public administration. Although it is still a young technology and presents implementation challenges, technology possibilities are increasingly expanding. The aim of this work is to develop a blockchain-based method for financial rewards for individual exceptional contributions which will ensure transparency. |
