Master‘s final thesis reveals the theoretical aspects of organizational culture. The analysis of the organizational culture of the municipality administrations of Joniškis and Šiauliai districts has been carried out. The present paper analyses the concept of organizational culture, its purpose and functions, moreover the paper conveys the most important aspects of organizational culture having impact on the results of the activities of an organization. Furthermore, the types of culture that help to achieve the best work results are identified.In addition, the work presents the methods of the organizational culture analysis on the grounds of which the organizational culture of the mentioned municipality administrations was analysed. The research methodology was prepared on the grounds of one of the described methods. Having performed the analysis of the received research data, the assessment of the attitude of the employees of Joniškis and Šiauliai districts municipality administrations towards the peculiarities of the organizational culture and the possibilities in the municipalities mentioned herein was made. |
