In the paper the theories of knowledge management, have been reviewed. While writing the paper the following goals have been pursued: 1. To present a knowledge conception in management literature. To elucidate the significance of knowledge management in Lithuanian business organizations. 2. To present theories in knowledge management, the actuality of tacit and explicit knowledge transformation. To analyze the processes of knowledge management, and deliver the model of knowledge management. 3. Through the empirical research elucidate the practical actuality of model of knowledge management in Lithuanian business organizations. Object of research is Lithuanian business organizations., the subject matter of research is knowledge management processes in Lithuanian business organizations, and practical applying of knowledge management model in them. Structure of the paper. The paper consists of three chapters. In the first chapter knowledge conception in management literature, the significance of knowledge management in organizations is presented. In the second chapter is presented theories of knowledge management, the actuality of tacit and explicit knowledge transformation, processes of knowledge management and delivered the model of knowledge management. In the third part is elucidated the practical actuality of model for knowledge management in the empirical research. The paper consists of 56 pages; 24 illustrations and 1 table illustrate it. |
