Master's work is considered the financial state modelling problems of construction JSC "Aldora". Was analyzed and systematized the various Lithuanian and foreign author’s theoretical and practical knowledge of the construction companies’ financial state related to macroeconomic indicators, evaluated scientists’ the forecasting models of the financial state of the construction companies. Using a practical analysis, was established, that the construction sector indicators influence of Lithuanian macroeconomic indicators. After the financial state analysis and forecasting of JSC “Aldora”, was established, that the financial state will be changing for the worse. Formulated the working hypothesis of the author of the research, concluded that the model can predict the values of the company JSC “Aldora” individual financial statements, affecting the assessment of the main macroeconomic indicators, was confirmed. |
