In the Master’s thesis Social Services Quality Management in Lithuania are discussed. In the first part of the Master’s thesis it introduces social services as part of services system with specific character of them. In the second survey Quality Management theory, introduces specifics of services quality management, criterion of services evaluation. Present the subject of Social Services Quality Management and low. In the third part of the Master’s thesis it presents survey methodology and method. In the fourth part of the Master’s thesis it discussed results of survey. Present the perception of Social Services Quality and criteria’s of one’s evaluation. |
