Study authors explained the construction companies, whose activities affect the macro-economic indicators, performance analysis problems. Using theoretical analysis and then aggregated, analyzed the Lithuanian and foreign authors of construction market in the causes and consequences of the investigation, construction firms relative indicators of the study and construction companies operating modeling. Using a practical analysis of the work carried out by the author of Lithuania macroeconomic analysis, and interfaces with the construction firms' financial reports. Was examined JSC “Naresta” activities, and compared with industry performance. Was created construction companies the balance sheet and profit (loss) accounts for changes in the dynamics of the model predictions. After detailed investigation of the work the author has confirmed the hypothesis that the construction companies' financial state, directly influences the changes in macroeconomic indicators. |
