In theoretical part of master’s work concepts of motivation are reviewed, essence of motivation is analyzed. Theories of motivation, their process of development are described. Motivation determinant factors are analyzed, it is explained what types of motives are. Motivation measures and methods mostly applied in organizations are discussed. Aim of this work – to analyze the staff's motivation in theoretical aspect and research the motivation system improvement opportunities in the case of Private Limited Liability Company Akista. In searching part activity of the company is presented, technique of research, principles of making questionnaire are discussed. After analyzing results of research it is possible to state that raised hypothesis of the work served the purpose. Motivation of the personnel is one of the most relevant dealt questions in the company it proves satisfaction of majority employees by applied motivation measures. Finally recommendations are proposed considering results, conclusions and theoretical analysis of literature of the research. |
