Abstract [eng] During the research (2004-2005) in Šakiai district there were found and described 66 species of the aphids. They belong to 31 tribes and 3 families – Aphididae, Anoeciidae, Drepanosiphidae. It forms 20 % of the aphids species known in Lithuania fauna. It is determined that the most numerous family in Šakiai area is Aphididae, family (59 species), and the least – Anoeciidae family (1 species). There are found 6 species of Drepanosiphidae family. It is collected 181 test tubes of the aphids from 101 sorts of the plants, made 389 constant microscopic substances of the aphids. Aphis hederae (Kaltenbach,1843); Hyalopterus amygdali Blanchard, 1840; Uroleucon hypochoeridis (Hille Ris Lambers, 1939); Volutaphis schusteri (Börner, 1939) the aphids species were discovered at the first time in Lithuania. During the research in Šakiai district there were discovered 10 rare aphids species (the species were found at the second time in Lithuania). There are determined new unknown nutritional plants for five species of the aphids: Armeniaca vulgaris (for the aphids species Brachycaudus divaricatae), Chamaenenerion angustifolium, Valeriana officinalis (for the aphids species Macrosiphum knautiae), Lychnis chalcedonica (for the aphids species Brachycaudus lychnidis), Armeniaca vulgaris (for the aphids species Hyalopterus amygdali), Syringa vulgaris (for the aphids species Rhopalosiphum padi). The aphids, found in Šakiai area, have an individual field in the whole world, so that it is possible to sort them into 5 groups: Holarctic, Cosmopolitic, European-Asian, European, European-Siberian.
