The aim of the master thesis is to evaluate the factors determining real estate value variations in main cities of Lithuania. The truth is that no-one can live full-fledged life, if he is left without the roof over one's head. That's why real estate is very important nowadays. To conclude, all factors analyzed in this work are strongly conditioning real estate value in real estate market. |
