Master's work to analyze the various Lithuanian and foreign authors of personnel management and organization of theoretical aspects. The collected data allowed to establish JSC "Ulmas" personnel organization stages. The study assessed the main staff of the organization associated with the functions set out in the staff organization and management issues, economic assessment of the work of the staff organization indicators, the findings and proposals to improve the JSC "Ulmas" working with the staff of the organization. Survey results allowed to confirm the hypothesis formulated by the JSC "Ulmas" staff organization and management problems do not allow the company to develop long-term competitive advantage. |
