| Abstract [eng] | This paper deals with construction of information technology service provider’s process capability assessment model. Constructed model implements requirements for process assessment models, defined by ISO 15504-2 standard and is based on the practices taken from the „eSourcing Capability Model for Service Providers“ capability model. A method used for the construction is defined. Features of the new model are identified. |
